50,000 pages of election anomaly documents are in process, with about 500 pages released by Elections Canada thus far
Request text to Elections Canada via Access to Information Act
Seeking all emails, attachments, reports and data related to the following federal election 2025 topics: volunteers/workers taking ballot boxes home, ballot boxes going missing, ballot boxes not being returned for counting in time, ballot boxes that show signs of tampering, uncounted votes, voters being told at poll they voted when they hadn't, voters not getting vote cards in mail, mail-in ballot irregularities, mail in ballots counted in advance, voters getting more than one vote card (with only slight discrepancy in middle name), non-citizens getting vote cards, election night website outage, winner declarations before counting began in certain ridings, polls not opening or opening late or closing early, riding of Carleton irregularities/anomalies/issues, ballot size in Carleton, special ballots in Carleton. Exclude all records except those from the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (should be a few hundred records responding). 1 April 2025 - 13 Jun 2025.
Some interesting findings
A separate request covers federal election anomalies from across Elections Canada —not only the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer. Approximately 50,000 pages respond to that request and EC wants 1650 days (~4.5 years) to process the release.
