I know that Cayman Chemicals makes two pfizer lipids, ALC-0159 and ALC-0315, both carry manufacturer's warnings that specifically state they are never to be used in humans.
We don't have Emergency Use Authorization in Canada. Instead, the shots were granted "interim authorization," and were eventually given full authorization.
There was certainly a bait-and-switch, but it's not the same as the US's bait-and-switch.
