Health Canada misrepresents vaccine DNA contamination to Parliament in 'Inquiry of Ministry'

A new tranche of emails have revealed some of the discussion and concerns within Health Canada about SV40 DNA contamination discovered in Pfizer’s covid injections. In sum, the regulator was apparently caught by surprise with the presence of errant DNA fragments in product vials.
Now, responses are revealed to an Inquiry of Ministry regarding the unwanted DNA, submitted by Member of Parliament Colin Carrie to Health Canada on 27 October 2023. In this article we compare what Health Canada represented back to Carrie in its December 13th response, against what was said among staff in the earlier emails.
Was Health Canada aware of the DNA?
Question from MP Carrie:
was HC aware of the quantum of linearized DNA fragments present in each dose of the Pfizer vaccine prior to releasing the vaccine to Canadians, and, if so, what was the amount of acceptable residual DNA per vaccine dose and the method used to measure it?
Response from HC:
HC asserts to the parliamentarian here that it “was aware of the presence of residual plasmid DNA”. Internally however, staff say that the presence of SV40 code was “unexpected”:

HC says, “The fragment is inactive, has no functional role […]". However, behind the scenes, DNA strand length is raised, and HC demands a data package from Pfizer characterizing the DNA, including whether it can replicate in bacteria:

Though HC does not answer the MP’s question, it indicates clearly on the backend that the DNA should be removed:
Gene therapy?

HC makes strong assertions,
“these vaccines cannot modify genes”
“mRNA from the vaccines does not enter the cell nucleus or interact with the DNA at all”
These conclusive statements are contradicted by the earlier mention of “the probability of integration [with the genome]”. Also, is Health Canada aware that the Pfizer sequence is littered with nuclear localization signals (special codes for accessing the cell nucleus)? Surely HC knows that the LNPs (lipid nanoparticles) facilitate cell entry in the first place, significantly increasing the risk of chromosomal interaction…
Informed consent?

how does HC plan to inform those Canadians who received the mRNA products about the adulteration of these products, specifically SV40 in Pfizer and heightened levels of DNA plasmids in both Pfizer and Moderna products, to ensure fully informed consent?Response:
HC skirts the consent question and claims to take “immediate action” on non-regulatory-compliant products — but it didn’t even know if the product is DNA-compliant in the first place! Hence the data demands on Pfizer. In fact, Health Canada doesn’t so much as have all the federal death reports associated with covid vaccines.
Though HC may attempt to pin sole blame on Pfizer as this keeps unravelling, so-called health regulators worldwide would have easily seen multiple red flags if they merely opened the sequence in a free program called SnapGene. 🙈
Will these apparent misrepresentations to MP Colin Carrie be raised by leader of the opposition MP Pierre Poilievre in the House of Commons? Or will the dead and injured continue to be ignored, forgotten and dishonoured in Canada’s parliament. And what about the unvaccinated nurses, doctors and PSWs still out of work?

I wanted to comment on this response from Pfizer. Page 202. It is a subtle threat to Health Canada. Because no one else is complaining about the SV40, we don't really have to comply but we will do it out of the goodness of our hearts. A common tactic of Pharma.
That is why Dean Smith is very grateful for the EMA's support. What about the FDA? Crickets.
