I would really like to know how much of it is the professional class having literally zero respect for the people / their rights and autonomy, vs actual manipulation and corruption.
I can see it being a pretty big mix of both, considering one naturally leads to the other.
Just rely on Hanlon's Razor to explain this puerile irresponsibility. Never ascribe to malfeasance that which you can ascribe to incompetence. I think this applies roundly to Kanada's court system which has refused utterly to investigate IN ANY WAY whether or not the 'principles' upon which COVID was used to completely tear asunder our (so called) Constitution were sound (they were decidedly not). The Courts and most especially the Supreme court have dishonoured their responsibilities to protect Canadians.
