"You are required to inform us if you are awarded damages against a vaccine manufacturer"
"or have received financial support for the same vaccine injury from any other sources"
The Public Health Agency of Canada covid Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP) has to-date paid out a total $2.8m among 50 people — on average $56K CAD ($42K USD) per successful claimant. $2.8m is 0.0006% of the annual federal budget. It’s $1.2m less than the amount the Ontario government just kicked into a new Moderna plant.
For reference, Health Canada states, “Up to and including March 3, 2023, a total of 427 reports with an outcome of death were reported following vaccination.” The CDC acknowledges more than 35K deaths and 200K hospitalizations from the covid injections.
Adding insult to injury, documents obtained from PHAC show that the Canadian government says it may pause or refuse payment if the claimant has received financial support from “any other sources”.
From the VISP FAQ:
1,229 claims have been received by the VISP administrator, a company called RCGT Inc. As a covid vaccine-injured or bereaved person, you have less than a 4% chance of getting money out of this program.
If you are awarded a few dollars through litigation, the government claims it may claw back the VISP money from you.
